How to Order

OUR PROCEDURES

To start with, please ensure that you are familiar with our Notes Before Ordering. 

 

Followingly, you may proceed with these next steps:

STEP 1:  Check our availability by calling us at 28562523 or Facebook inbox us with: 

(a) date and time,

(b) number of guests to cater,

(c) photos of your preferred design, 

(d) photos (for edible print cakes)

(d) specific requirements,

(e) delivery (at our discretion)

Once we have received your enquiry, we will notify you our availability with a quotation based on your requirements.

STEP 2:  After receiving our reply, you may wish to review the design sketch before making up your mind.

Upon request, Mop 200 would be charged for the sketch. This full amount will be refunded when official deposit is being made. Once you have reviewed the design sketches, you are welcome to comment and alter the design.  Accordingly, the quotation will also be updated with any new alteration. 

 

STEP 3: If you wish to proceed further, please secure booking by making a 50% payment of the quotation (non-refundable) within 3 working days either in person or by bank transfer.

You are welcome to deposit or transfer payment to our company account either online or at any BNU branch / ATM. By making payment, you have read and accepted our ordering policies.

Bank-in Payment Procedures

  1. Please ensure the deposit or ATM transfer amount and the account payee name are correct.

  2. Please email (to chez@macau.ctm.net) or Facebook inbox us the bank-in slip copy or screen print of your electronic payment, together with your name and contact number. 

  3. Please call +853 28562523 to ensure your payment proof is well received. This will allow us to secure your booking.

 

STEP 4: Confirmation of payment is required so that the team can start the preparation and its production.  Please note design alteration after payment is subject to our discretion and availability of time.

 

STEP 5: The final balance can be settled on collection or delivery upon arrangement.
