As your cakes are specially made for you, please allow us sufficient lead time to ensure your cakes' quality:

Our custom design cakes are recognised for their edible elegance. You are welcome to show us your preferred design from other cake designers or artists, and we will use it as a guide to understand your needs.  Our cake artists will then create a unique design for you based on these needs. 



Different from retail cakes, our cakes are quoted by order and not by weight. As our cakes are handcrafted with unique, personalised details and style, prices are largely dependent on: 


(1) amount of craftsmanship involved for the design, 

(2) number of servings required (Please refer to Cake Size), and

(3) cake flavour (Please refer to cake flavours)

Please note that delicate sugarflowers and sculpture cakes require detailed and skillful craftsmanship, and therefore are priced relatively higher. 


Traditional Macanese Cakes

We offer 3 standard ring sizes (Small, Medium, Large) for all our 26 different flavours. You can find price details here. At request, You can also choose to have your cake baked in a special bundt pan, a distinctive ring-shaped pan inspired by a traditional European cake known as Gugelhupf. Number of servings varies, depending on the choice of bundt pan.

Leng's Chiffon Cakes

Leng's Corner offers one standard size for its cakes and other delights. You can find price details here. Custom design cake plaque and small decorative sugarflowers can also be added for an extra fee. Please contact us 28562523 for more details. 


Other confectionery items are also uniquely handcrafted, thus are quoted by order, depending on:


(1) quantity required, and

(2) amount of craftsmanship involved for the design

(3) flavour (Please refer to cake flavours)

In addition, unless specified, the following miniumum purchase quantity applies (same design and colours):


Cupcakes:  6 pieces 

Cookies:  6 pieces 

A surchage will apply if the miniumum purchase quantity is not met, and this is subject to our discretion and availability.


Our most popular cake flavours are Classic Vanilla and Duo Chocolate. These traditional Macanese cakes are velvetly butter-based. Unlike sponge cakes sold at other chain stores, our cakes are more moist and richer in taste. You are also welcome to try out our other addictive Macanese flavours. These 26 different combinations of flavours and fillings carry our time-honored traditions which have been passed from generation to generation. 


*Please understand that sponge cake, chiffon cake and mousse cake lack the necessary texture for carrying sugarcraft decorations.

Cookie flavours include basic vanilla and chocolate. Matcha and purple sweet potato flavours are also available at special request. 


Sampling of cake flavours and fillings can be provided upon request. Customers may opt to try 2 of our Macanese flavours at the time of booking. Additional flavours are available for an extra fee.

The consultation and tasting fee of Mop 100 per person is redeemable against the purchase of your cake. However, please note that we require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Failure to give this notice may result in your fee being non-refundable and non-redeemable.


If edible photos are desired for the cake design, please submit JPEG images according to the requirements stated here.


We have a variety of cake stands for you to hire here. Exact hiring charges will be provided along with the final quotation.  In addition, a security deposit is required and will be reimbursed when the stands are returned undamaged.


Unless specified, hired cake stands need to be returned within 3 working days after your event.  Late returns will be charged at a daily rate of Mop100.


Cake delivery and setup up will be charged according to the location of the event and carriage complexity of the order.  The exact charges will be provided along with the final quotation.

All delivery dates and times are subject to availability. If you have a specific delivery date and require delivery before a given time, please specify this when placing your order. We will try to accommodate your requirements but delivery may not be available at short notice.


  • All of our cakes are fragile and require care and attention when handling.

  • All cakes should be displayed or stored in a cool (air-conditioned) place on a flat sturdy surface.

  • Never put cakes in the fridge unless stated otherwise.

  • We do not recommend displaying cakes or cupcakes outdoors in either direct sunlight or on warm days.

  • Recommended to consume the cake within two days after collection. 


  • All changes to the previously agreed design (including size) are subject to our discretion and availability, and will incur extra fees.

  • Alteration to the date of your event / delivery is subject to availability of our calendar, and in some cases, may incur extra fees.

  • In the event of cancellation, booking deposit and / or holding deposit previously paid are non-refundable.


​All cakes made by Chez Gourmet Studio contain butter, gluten (wheat) and eggs and are made in an environment that handles nuts, soya and alcohol. Nut-free and sugar-free cakes can be made on request. We do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free cakes at the moment. We do not use peanuts in our shop, but do use other nuts such as hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts.  Whilst every effort is made to keep these products separate, we cannot guarantee that these cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients due to the nature of production.
